Cozy villa on lake Como. The structure has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. The all-window front of the house gives a great view of the lake, and the terrace offers the opportunity to have a meal enjoying the relaxing garden.
Several amenities are present to give you the best possible experience; barbecue, air-conditioning, fireplace, Jacuzzi, garage, and private berth with boat rental are among them.
ROOMS
The villa develops on two floors. The ground one features a bedroom, a bathroom, and the living room, with an open-space kitchen. This floor also has direct access to the garden.
The first floor is composed of the second bathroom and the second bedroom.
On one side of the garden, the jacuzzy and the external shower are present, while on the other side you can find a barbecue area with a small table.
On the side of the villa there is a large porch. It can be shaded for the best comfort and it can also be completely closed if the weather becomes a little bit more chilly.
The villa is registered as an official holiday rent with the name “La Serra” and regional identification code 013044-LNI-00006.
