The check-in is from 4pm to 6pm. The check-out is before 10am.

There are a few spots where you can park, but a private box will be available during your stay.

There are a few restaurants and bars you can reach walking and many more in Cernobbio (10 min by car) or in Como (20 min by car)

We don’t rent boats, but text us if you want to book a private tour or rent a boat for the day and depending on your desire, we will give you the information you need.

There are many tracks in the area, from easier paths as the one from Cernobbio to Como, to trekkings that will take you to beautiful on top of our beautiful mountains.

The house can host four adults and one infant.

There is one little market you can reach walking and some shops selling local delicacies a few minutes by car. If you need a supermarket the closest one is in Cernobbio (10 min by car).

No pets are allowed.

We can provide one extra baby bed and a highchair.

The house is completely furnished. You will find linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a starter pack with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee and detergents to be able to enjoy the house from the very beginning.
